Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard (but not American Express). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet (see Credit Card Security).

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you have an account with us you can enter your account number in the box that says 'Credit Account customers please enter your account number here' then choose 'Invoice with order' and your goods will be sent out in the same way as normal.

Shipping And Handling POSTAGE, PACKING & INSURANCE

An appropriate sum is added to cover postage, packing and insurance. All goods dispatched by us are covered by our insurance.
Postal / Shipping costs are added to your order at the checkout stage.
You have the option to select delivery options that suit you including Special or Recorded delivery within the UK.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. If the parts you have ordered are in stock your order will normally be sent out within 24 hours. The stock held is vast but occasionally items ordered are not available on receipt of order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will then supply all that is in stock and forward the outstanding items as soon as possible.
UK orders are usually received within 2 days, International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you agree we will supply all that is in stock and forward the outstanding items as soon as possible. A blue slip numbered LO.......... will be sent with the original consignment showing which items are to follow. Please quote the LO number and description if information is required about any of these items.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. VAT will also be added to orders from the European Union unless a valid VAT number is given. Orders from outside the European Union are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Once orders have been printed credit card numbers are deleted. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
